RETURN POLICY
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If the item you received is not what you expected, or it did not meet your expectations, you may return it to us for any reason within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. In addition some items carry a restocking charge which will also be deducted from your refund.
OUR RETURN POLICY
- Email realkids@comcast.net your intention to return your product and include your original order information, what product(s) you are returning, and your contact information.
- All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise some additional charges may apply.
- You will receive return instructions from Cub Scenes Aerial Photography which must be followed exactly.
- Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address we will provide to you.
- Save your shipping information and email it to us so that we may track the return, when possible.
- IMPORTANT: unless the return is due to an error on our part we can not refund shipping and handling charges. If you paid for the item by credit card, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
IF YOUR PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED
Our products should be well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, you must notify us immediately.
Even if the product packing looks slightly damaged, write Package Damaged when you sign for delivery and advise us immediately. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may want to refuse delivery of the product. The damaged product will then be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you do refuse delivery please advise us immediately so that we can properly process the return. It is important for you to notify us immediately as most freight carriers require notification within 48 hours of delivery about damaged product.
If you have already accepted the product and find that parts are damaged or missing, please contact us immediately so that we can ship you replacement parts free of charge.
