How To Return An Order
• If the item you receive is not what you expected, or it did not meet your expectations, you may eturn it to us for any reason within ten (10) days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. In addition, some items carry a restocking charge which will also be deducted from your refund.
  
  Our Return Policy
• E-mail Returns your intention to return your product and include your original order information along with a description of what product(s) your are returning, and your contact information.
• All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, some additonal charges may apply.
• You will receive return instructions from Cub Scenes Aerial Photography which must be followed precisely.
• Save your shipping information and e-mail it to us so that we may track the return, when possible.
• IMPORTANT! Unless the return is due to an error on our part we can not refund shipping and handling charges. If you paid for your item with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.\
  
  If Your Product Arrives Damaged
• Our products should be well packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item looks damaged, or parts are missing, you must notify us immediately.
• Even if the product packaging looks slightly damaged, write Packaged Damages when you sign for delivery and advise us immediately. If the package looks substantially damaged you may want to refuse delivery of the product. The damaged product is then returned to us and we will send you a new one.
• If you do refuse delivery please advise us immediately so that we can properly process the return. It is important for you to notify us immediately as most freight carriers require notification within 48 hours of delivery of the damaged product.
• If you have already accepted the product and find that parts are damaged or missing, please contact us immediately so that we can ship you replacement parts free of charge.
